Buckland Speed watch Update Sept 2023

We held our first speed watch session with some of our volunteers on London Road. We were measuring speeds of traffic coming down the hill.

We recorded 155 vehicles. 22 of them were travelling in excess of 35MPH, the speed limit is 30MPH. The fastest car recorded was 48MPH.

35-40 MPH = 11 cars

40-45 MPH = 8 cars

45-50 MPH = 3 cars

This data has been forwarded to Thames Valley Police
