Buckland Parish Council have been made aware of the poisonous plant Hemlock in Lower Buckland. Residents should take care not to touch this plant. Hemlock may cause a skin reaction known as dermatitis (ithy skin rash) in sensitive people. Please seek medical advicce if you have any concerns.
